I have been going here for years but the upsell is getting ridiculous. I go to relax and someone is constantly asking me if I want an add on service. This happened to me FOUR times today. After repeatedly saying no, it was evident Ann was upset. This is not the level of service I expect. Very unprofessional.

This was my first visit to the shop. Tracy was wonderful and I loved that I was able to communicate with her. She did a great job. I look forward to returning. The only issue I had (not with Tracy) was a man who worked there who sat next to us and kept talking to her. He was distracting and I prefer to enjoy quiet when I am paying for a service.

Really terrible experience. One of the nail salon ladies cut my mom’s foot, she was also incredibly pushy about adding on services and then completely up charged us for services we didn’t agree to.
